After 30 years of practicing medicine, I did what any beer loving doctor would do, start a brewery with his son. -Doc

Our philosophy is simple, make great beer that honors the legacy of the great brewers before us and carefully experiment with modern styles. We believe in making “true to style” beers that appeal to both beer snobs and the regular Joe.
